OHIP Integration

AZDS implemented OHIP integration to empower Gleneagles’ Booking Engine with advanced property management capabilities. By connecting directly to the PMS, the system can handle tasks that traditionally required manual intervention from Reservations, Front Desk or Revenue Management. From confirming key-level availability and bookings to assigning extra beds and connecting rooms, managing inventory and updating guest profiles, the integration streamlines operations and enhances the quest experience.
