We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team and support strategic brand and business recommendations for our clients, direct our team members and vendors who build and execute marketing campaign, content and website update deliverables, analyze and optimize business results to deliver higher return on marketing plans, and build deep, trusted relationships with the leaders of our portfolio of world-class clients to achieve their revenue targets.
Role Description:
As a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations at AZDS, you will lead and optimize performance-driven campaigns for major international brands. Your expertise in building successful Paid Media campaigns, crafting audience-centric CRM strategies, crafting strong and compelling content and messaging, and managing website CMS platforms will be instrumental in achieving measurable results.
Beyond technical proficiency, your role demands exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will synthesize data from various sources to provide strategic recommendations through effective business storytelling. Your positive, service-oriented mindset will foster a collaborative atmosphere as you manage multiple projects with agility and drive innovation.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Build and implement Paid Media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc), ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
  • Write and edit compelling promotional and descriptive content and marketing copy
  • Develop audience-centric CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Supervise, as well as execute, content updates in website Content Management Systems (CMS) on our Clients’ websites
  • Build and deploy emails from several different and Email Service Providers

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic new Senior Director or Director of Digital Analytics & BI who will be responsible for executing our data and insights strategy, implementing and improving tracking across all digital channels, categorizing and pulling insights from our data, leading reporting, and synthesizing and visualizing data to equip our clients to make effective decisions that drive their business.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing end-to-end, complex digital analytics environments. He/she exhibits strengths in strategic thinking, effective business storytelling for multiple stakeholders, intense rigor, deep curiosity, high levels of emotional intelligence, and a client service mindset to deliver analytical innovation for a growing global client base.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Data & Insights Strategy – contribute to developing and lead the delivery of the multi-year analytics roadmap and scale efforts to support the existing client base, while also delivering innovative solutions across digital ecosystems.
  • Web Analytics – lead the development, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a data layer across a broad portfolio of clients, including a customized and complex e-commerce booking flow in partnership with a more junior team
  • Effective Business Storytelling – create and deliver impactful client presentations to senior executives on a regular basis through data visualization presentations, reporting, and dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Strategic Consultation – synthesize data trends across all digital platforms and extrapolate into actionable insights, recommendations, and feature requirements in a digestible format for senior level stakeholders and make strategic business recommendations.
  • Lead New Revenue Streams in partnership with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, execute the go-to-market strategy of our new business intelligence platform, RevRaise Insights, opening new revenue-generating pathways from our global data set
  • Implement Process Improvements – at every given stage of work, ensure that efficiencies are realized, errors reduced and quality is improved; develop new innovations for data enhancement capabilities, documentation, automation, templating, data warehousing, new technologies and more

Essential Experience:

  • Advanced understanding of systems such as:
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics (both GA4 and Universal Analytics)
  • Tableau or Power BI
  • ·Snowflake, Redshift, or SQL Server

Hands-on experience with systems such as:

  • OneTrust and similar cookie compliance tools

  • 6-10 years of senior-level analytics roles with increasing levels of responsibility
