Enhancing the Brand & User Experience

The iconic AMAN brand is regarded worldwide as one of the standard-bearers of luxury resort experiences. AZDS created a simplified, brand-enhancing digital booking engine for the AMAN brand site and 34 individual property websites that brought the booking experience onto the properties’ website domain and created a seamless, integrated shopping experience. The end result was a fully integrated flow, meaning guests are no longer redirected to a differentiated brand experience to search for rooms, compare rates, or to complete their booking experience.

Digital Wallet & Payment Processing Integrations

AZDS worked to integrate multiple technology platforms, partners and vendors to integrate an incredibly complex system of pre-authorizations, verifications, payment processing, and reservation confirmations that differed across properties and regions, while creating a seamless user experience for the AMAN guest. In addition, the AZDS team introduced the enhanced ability to introduce digital wallet payment options such as Apple Pay within AZDS’ signature RevRaise booking engine. 

A Scalable Platform for Global Growth

To enable AMAN’s vision of creating a growing portfolio of luxury experiences around the globe, AZDS created a scalable architecture leveraging our proprietary RevRaise booking engine technology to create a universal standard and consistent structure across AMAN’s 34 individual property websites. The system is easily replicable, but also allows for personalized configurations, room amenity details, and large, immersive room imagery to showcase each individual property’s character and experience. The booking engine is truly scalable, making it easy to add any new properties into the design system, and to grow with AMAN’s global aspirations.
