Senior Manager, Client Services

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team and support strategic brand and business recommendations for our clients, direct our team members and vendors who build and execute marketing campaign, content and website update deliverables, analyze and optimize business results to deliver higher return on marketing plans, and build deep, trusted relationships with the leaders of our portfolio of world-class clients to achieve their revenue targets.
Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Client Services role will work on a dedicated portfolio of ~15 luxury and ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, under one brand portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Client Services who oversees this account portfolio, the Senior Manager, Client Services will help support day-to-day client priorities, retainer deliverables, as well as ad hoc project work.
The marketing services this role will support include: ongoing website updates, maintenance and support; SEO; paid social campaign management (Facebook/Instagram); banner ad creative; booking engine maintenance and support; and metasearch advertising.
The Senior Manager, Client Services will be a jack of all trades – with a high level of proficiency communicating with clients, managing projects, owning work within assigned areas, and executing all work with a very high level of attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is a rising star with hands-on experience looking for a growth opportunity; a self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment; and a digital rockstar that can problem-solve and operate with some level of ambiguity. They should be comfortable making quick decisions, providing thoughtful and rationale-based insights on day-to-day work, and anticipating client questions. Our ideal candidate should be someone who will enjoy a combination of task management, execution and strategy. To be successful on this account portfolio, a high level of attention to detail is essential.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned areas of ownership within the retainer, including developing a strategy/plan, executing or coordinating with internal team members to execute, and obtaining client approvals/feedback.
- Review team deliverables for quality and consistency, and be a final set of eyes on agency work before being shared with clients.
- Understand and master client brand voice and preferences, and be able to apply to all client deliverables.
- Paid Social: Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure pixels and conversion API are functioning correctly.
- Paid Social: Build custom audiences, and provide strategic audience recommendations.
- Paid Social: Set up campaigns, monitor for optimizations.
- Paid Social: Manage client approvals and communications, and support client questions.
- Coordinate WordPress content enhancement opportunities, including client communications, plan development, coordination with the development team, testing, and scalable roll-out plan
- Serve as liaison between SEO team and client, helping to ensure project work is executed on time, is reviewed and approved by the client, and aligns with the overall strategy. Understand SEO fundamentals; ability to speak on SEO strategy and optimizations, as well as insights and recommendations.
- Oversee ad hoc projects, including resource coordination, planning, and client communications.
- Mentor and grow other team members, helping to nurture professional development and skill growth

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7+ years of business experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- WordPress content management experience
- SEO experience
- Facebook Business Manager experience
- HTML (basic) coding experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality / hotel experience is preferred
- Experience in a fast paced digital agency is preferred
